Bata bem com o batedor para massas pesadas (triangular), durante uns 3 minutos, após, despeje esta mistura em um recipiente grande e vá adicionando o restante da farinha de trigo. Misture bem até desgrudar das mãos, fica uma massa bem macia. Deixe a massa crescer por 40 minutos, após o primeiro crescimento, misture levemente e coloque em uma forma grande untada com óleo, fazendo buracos nela com os dedos, coloque por cima a cobertura de seu gosto e deixe crescer por mais 35 minutos. Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 200 graus. Sirva bem regado com azeite de oliva.</span></strong><br />

Reserve para jogar em cima do peixe.<br />

<strong>Montagem</strong><br />
<br />
Tempere o peixe com o sal, a alfavaca e as raspas da casca do limão, e reserve. Corte as cebolas, os tomates e o pimentão em rodelas. Coloque em uma refratária uma camada fina de cebola e tomate, arrume os filés em cima desta cama de tempero, após coloque em cima dos filés o restante da cebola, do tomate e agora o pimentão. Pique uma pimenta dedo de moça, se desejar retire as sementes, pois ficará bem suave, e jogue por cima destes temperos. Regue por cima o creme batido no liquidificador, não acrescente água, pois o peixe irá liberar bastante. Leve ao forno pré aquecido 200 graus, por 30 minutos e acrescente o tempero verde picado, volte novamente ao forno por mais 10 minutos e...... bom apetite!<br />

Misture aos poucos, mexendo no centro puxando a mistura e aos poucos vá adicionando a água, após adicione o fermento em pó. Pré aqueça o forno a 180 graus por 10 minutos. Abra as <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">forminhas</span> de papel especial para <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">cupcakes</span> e coloque dentro da forma especial para os mesmos. Coloque massa até a metade de cada <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">forminha</span>. Leve para assar.
